bought in an estate auction pretty good mid level auction house  below is their description i believe to be accurate please look at the marks for yourself
Two Irish George III Silver Teaspoons
both with mark of Richard Garde, the first with Dublin (1823) and the second with Dublin (1829) hallmarks, both engraved "I. & E. W." to the underside of handle and with armorial engraving to recto.
