    Description

    Up for bid is this lovely sterling signed bread tray by the National Silver Company with the monogram "L".  The piece has a few very minor dents on the edge and minor scratches and wear on the foot edge appropriate for the age.  The tray measures 11 1/8" long and weighs 6.3 ounces on our POSTAL SCALE, not a jewelers scale so do not buy this piece if you are going by silver weight.  On the bottom is the stamp "nSco" for the National Silver Company, "97" and a stamp for sterling that has been struck twice with the die and looks garbled unless you examine it very closely.  A fine piece for your table.  Insurance is required and reflected in the higher shipping cost.  Any postage overage will be refunded, less the .00 S & H fee, soon after the tray is shipped.  Thanks for looking.
