Anniversary Tin Whistle Trophy won by Frederick A. Landis. The Tin Whistles logo, the “T combined with the “W” appears engraved in the center of the tray as pictured. This round signed “Chippendale” tray has the 20
th
century Gorham Sterling Hallmark dating it 1953. Its diameter is 10” and weighs approximately 1¼ lb. (sorry, no troy oz. scale). The 59 year old tray has service scratches commensurate with its age and use. The sterling platter was not cleaned or polished for this sale. This is a very rare and hard to fine Pinehurst golf trophy and it’s one of  kind for the event.
