    Description

Jaws are 2.75" x 1". The vise opens to 3".
This vise was made in 1940s by NJ toolmaker and inventor Ivan Sislik. Looks to be A2 steel. The dynamic jaw can tilt up to about 15 degrees for angled work holding situations. As far as I can  tell. There is no nicks or scratches. Excellent condition.
    Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
RETURN POLICY:   PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM US!
In the brave new world of on-line shopping we  have adapted our return policy: We will continue to take returns on some items, but if you do choose to return an item we will only refund the original price  -- you are responsible to pay the return shipping! If you do not accept this policy please, there are many fine sellers on Ebay who have a more liberal return policy, and we ask you to shop with them. By purchasing from us you are accepting the terms of our policy.
We are adopting this policy because we are no longer in the world of Brick & Mortars where an item could be returned to a store for a refund and there were no additional costs involved--We live in a world of rising shipping costs, where sometimes the cost of shipping can be as much or more then the cost of the item.
We are adopting this policy because we sell vintage items;  And because they are used they will have flaws and imperfections. We are stating here that in our descriptions we will sometimes miss something, or the item will have a small flaw that is acceptable to us, but perhaps might bother you. If you can't accept this reality, ioffe is not the store for you.
We are adopting this policy because of our selling ethic-- We wish to continue to provide for our customers quality vintage items at a reasonable cost, and to do so we work on low profit and high sales volume. Our many multiple item sales and return customers speak to the success of this strategy-- but the easy, no cost return policies being promoted by Ebay are detrimental to keeping our prices reasonable.
We always want all our customers  happy, and always seek reasonable solutions whenever problems arise, but we do not want to be held hostage by return policies that make it more financially feasible to give away our merchandise then pay all the costs associated with a return. We thank you in advance for your adherence to this policy and we welcome you to ioffe store.
